Autumn Rowe

Songwriter / Vocal Coach - Sony Atv

Autumn recently co-wrote the Billboard US top 20 pop single "Hello" with duo Karmin, longtime collaborators Stargate and Claude Kelly for Sony Music. In addition she was a featured vocal coach on Fox's "The X Factor USA", Season 2, working alongside Simon Cowell, LA Reid, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato, as well as America's Got Talent where she coached the 2016 winner, Grace VanderWaal. Autumn has just been slated to work with The X Factor’s third place runner’s up, Fifth Harmony who just signed a record deal with Simon Cowell’s Syco and LA Reid’s Epic labels.

Aka Wolves

Music Producer - Position Music

Israeli-born AKA Wolves credits his eclectic sound to a wide variety of musical influences growing up.

He signed a publishing deal in 2017 with Position Music. He has either licensed his music or been contracted to compose and record tracks for numerous networks, including Fox, NBC, ABC, Hallmark Channel, MTV, CBS, Discovery, BET, History Channel, The CW, E!, Bravo, USA Network, VH1, Lifetime, H2, Hoovo, Oxygen, truTV, Cinemax, Fuel TV and the Outdoor Channel. Placements include Riverdale, Famous in Love, Greenhouse Academy, The Today Show, Golden Gods Awards for Revolver magazine, the film All Things Valentine, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, NFL and College Football on Fox, Counting Cars, E! News Live, Finding Carter, Graceland, Hollywood TODAY Live, LeAnn & Eddie, Lucifer, Museum Men, My Job Rocks, Stalker, Total Divas and UFC Ultimate Rocker among many others.

Suzan Koc

Publisher - Songwriting Coach

During her first year as VP of Creative at the newly formed BMG Rights Management, she worked with songwriters Busbee, David Gamson, Jean Baptiste, Alex Geringas, all who benefited from her detailed and articulate feedback on their songs. Throughout the years, she has set many co-writes that led to songs such as “Stronger” and “Dark Side” both recorded by Kelly Clarkson, “Dance The Pain Away” Benny Benassi featuring John Legend, and successfully pitched songs “Try” for Pink, “Almost Doesn’t Count” for Brandy.

Mark Chipello

      Vice President of A&R - Position Music

Mark joined Position Music in 2011 where he has continued to sign, develop and manage a cadre of artists including Welshly Arms, Tyrone Wells, Judah & the Lion, Royal Deluxe, and Juliet Roberts (amongst others). Mark also oversees and guides Position Music’s A&R staff and continues to garner both record and publishing deals for Position Music talent.

Before wearing his A&R hat, Mark spent eight years on the road as a drummer and a tour manager, traveling throughout the U.S. and learning his craft. Mark will tell you that he has never used his college degree, but we do notice that he is riveting at cocktail parties because of his abundant Religious Studies and Philosophy knowledge from UCLA.

Ben Serra

Producer - Hip Hop / Edm / Pop

Ben Serra, known in the music world as DATWHITEBOI, is a talented music producer & DJ hailing from Austin, Texas. He started listening to Hip Hop and EDM in 2006 & producing music professionally in 2010. Inspired by great moguls like Scott Storch & Skrillex, his sounds are inspired by both popular and underground music. He has worked under top TV/Film producers, is signed to Position Music and has performed alongside big EDM artists, including... Excision, Messinian, Figure, Leah Culver, and others.

Miranda Glory

Artist - Tommy Boy Records

Miranda Glory headed to Boston after high school to the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where she earned her degree in early 2016. She scored her first major solo success when she was selected to record a vinyl LP in Valencia, Spain, under Berklee’s label. Miranda continued to write and record, and began to release her music independently online. In late 2016, she was discovered and selected to the exclusive Neverland Songwriting Retreat in Costa Rica, which heralded her arrival as a songwriter. After that, she went bicoastal, ferrying back and forth from New York to Los Angeles to write with established songwriters and producers.



Alfonso Lugo

Latin Artist - Producer

Alfonso is a music producer, composer, guitarist, singer, jingle maker, and voiceover talent.He has a strong career in the advertising world, producing original music for TV, theater, and radio commercials and being the voice of recognized brands like Banamex, Burger King, Mercedes Benz, Cloralex, Cinemex, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Cruz Roja Mexicana, Harmon Hall, Bacardí, Spring Air, and California State, among others. He has been invited to important advertising festivals as jury and has won some international awards in El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Wave, El Círculo Creativo, and the prestigious Cannes, winning a bronze Lion for music production and voiceover for the Paralife campaign.

Spencer Nezey

Producer - Hip Hop, House, Pop

Spencer Nezey is one of the most versatile people in the music industry! He can seemlessly go from producing an anthemic hip hop beat to writing a house record meant for a festivals. He signed a publishing deal with KnottingHill and has been creating music with some of the top creatives in the music industry.

Currently Spencer is in the studio with famous house Dj Lee Foss, creating music for their upcoming 2019 releases.

Sam Heights Garay

                                  Mixer - Producer

Sam is a Mixing Engineer/Producer based in Austin, TX (a.k.a. The Live Music Capital of the World) with over a decade of experience. You've heard his music in tons of tv and commercial spots for companies such as NBC Universal, E!, The CW, Fox Sports and more!

He also has also had releases with known labels such as Spinnin', Warner and Trap Nation that have generated over 10 million streams across multiple platforms including Spotify and YouTube.

Sam is the co-founder of the Neverland Retreats music experience.
